Gas Safe & insured
Every gas job done to current regulations, with certificates issued and warranty paperwork handled.
James Seal started the trade in Cranbrook in 1968. His son Andrew carries it on today, based in Staplehurst — the same name, the same family, the same standards. One Gas Safe engineer doing the job properly, from first phone call to finished work.
James Seal started out as a plumber in Cranbrook over fifty years ago, working out of a van and a workshop, building a reputation door-by-door, neighbour-to-neighbour. There was no marketing — just clean work, fair prices, and the kind of word-of-mouth that holds up across the decades.
Andrew came up in the trade — under his father’s wing first, then qualified properly, Gas Safe registered, and steadily taking over the running of the business. The name on the side of the van and at the top of the letterhead stayed the same. James Seal & Son — because that’s exactly what it is.
