i.How do I get a free quote?

ii.Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Andrew is fully Gas Safe registered and carries his Gas Safe ID card to every job. Gas safety certificates are issued for all applicable gas work. You can verify any Gas Safe engineer at gassaferegister.co.uk.

iii.What areas do you cover?

Staplehurst, Cranbrook, Hawkhurst, Goudhurst, Sandhurst, Rolvenden, Marden, Headcorn, Tenterden, Biddenden and surrounding villages of the Weald of Kent. Full list of areas →

iv.Do you do emergency plumbing call-outs?

Yes. For urgent problems — gas leak, burst pipe, total boiler failure — call as soon as possible. Out-of-hours emergency call-outs carry an additional charge, always agreed before attending. v.How quickly can you come out?

Most non-emergency jobs are booked within the same week, and Andrew can often be there within 24–48 hours. Urgent boiler or plumbing issues are prioritised.

vi.Do you fit new boilers and upgrade heating systems?

Yes — full boiler swaps, system upgrades, new radiators, valves, smart controls and pipework upgrades. Andrew specifies the right boiler for your home, supplies and fits it, registers the work with Gas Safe and Building Control, and hands over the manufacturer warranty paperwork. vii.Is the work guaranteed?

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. New boiler installations also carry the manufacturer’s warranty — typically 5 to 10 years depending on the model.

viii.Which boiler brands do you fit?

Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and other major UK brands. Andrew recommends the right boiler for the size of your home, your water pressure and your hot water demand — not just whichever has the biggest mark-up.

ix.Do you work on older boilers and heating systems?

Yes. Andrew has worked on every type and age of system across the Weald. If it can be repaired, he’ll tell you. If it makes more sense to replace, he’ll explain why — and you decide. No pressure, no upsells.

xi.How do I pay?

Cash, bank transfer or cheque on completion. Larger installation jobs typically have a deposit on materials and the balance on satisfactory completion — agreed in writing before work starts.
