i.How quickly can you fix a leaking tap or pipe?
Most non-emergency plumbing repairs are booked within the same week, and often within 24–48 hours. Active leaks that can’t be isolated are prioritised — call as soon as possible.
ii.Do you do full bathroom installations?
Yes — bath, basin, shower, WC, all plumbing first and second fix. Andrew can co-ordinate with a tiler and electrician where needed. Most domestic bathrooms take five to eight working days end-to-end.
iii.How are plumbing repairs priced?
Most plumbing repairs are charged by the hour or half-day, whichever is fair to the job. Materials are charged at cost with no hidden markup.
iv.Where is my main stopcock?
In most Kent homes, the main stopcock is under the kitchen sink or in a downstairs cupboard. Turn clockwise to shut off the cold water supply to the whole house. If you can’t find it and water is escaping, call Andrew straight away.
